Dual to unite North American subsidiaries under one name

Dual North America Inc., part of Howden Group Holdings Ltd., Monday said it would unite all the company’s North American subsidiaries under a single moniker.

Dual said it would unite its Nation’s Builders Insurance Services, Align General Insurance Agency, Catalytic Risk Managers, NALICO General, and EIURS lines under the common brand Dual, the managing general agent said in a statement.

With this transition, all of the associated companies will be known as Dual, the statement said.

Dual Group says it has $3.5 billion in gross written premium, the statement said.

Its Dual North America unit debuted in 2013 and is headed by John Johnson, CEO.
