Everest creates global broker management team led by Anthony Izzo

Bermuda-domiciled global insurer and reinsurer Everest Group has established a global broker management team which will be led by Anthony Izzo as Chief Global Broking Officer.

The new team will be dedicated to the shared priorities of its global distribution partners, aligned with the firm’s “One Everest” approach to delivering optimal value to stakeholders.

Izzo assumes the new role in addition to his responsibilities as Head of Global Facultative & Distribution for Everest Reinsurance. His remit includes overseeing Everest’s key global relationships across the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance organizations.

Along with reporting to Jim Williamson, Izzo will also report to Mike Karmilowicz, Chairman, Global Insurance, who works across Everest to enhance value proposition and create a framework for global broker engagement.

Additionally, the new leadership team includes Rob Clark, Joe Stuhl, and Mark Shaw as Global Broker Account Leads, reporting to Izzo.

Nicole Mazer has been named Global Broker Performance Manager, who will partner with each of the Global Account Leads focused on optimizing the re/insurer’s customer relationship management initiatives.
