Everest Insurance names Brian Zink Head of Specialty Underwriters and US Financial Lines

Everest Group, Ltd., a provider of reinsurance and insurance solutions, has announced that its insurance division, Everest Insurance, has appointed Brian Zink as Senior Vice President, Head of Everest Specialty Underwriters (ESU) and US Financial Lines.
Zink will report directly to Bill Hazelton, Executive Vice President of Everest Insurance and President of North America Insurance.
Hazelton commented: “Brian comes to Everest with a strong vision for our US offering, bringing expansive knowledge across financial lines and experience leading high performing teams.
“He is an asset to our senior leadership team in North America, which continues to expand with exceptional industry talent. I’m looking forward to working with Brian as we position our portfolio for the future, enhancing our market presence with best-in-class service.”
Zink comes to Everest from Zurich, where he led Financial Lines for the company’s US National Accounts and held several key leadership roles, including Head of Management Liability for the US.
Before his time at Zurich, Zink held various leadership positions in financial lines at Beazley Group and The Hartford.
