Everest launches division focusing on wholesale, programs

Everest Insurance, the insurance division of Everest Group Ltd., said Monday it has established a division focused on U.S. wholesale and programs business.

The division merges specialty wholesale program segments, underwriters and distribution teams, including Everest Underwriting Partners, its programs business.

The division will provide greater access to the full range of Everest’s products and services, Mike Mulray, president of North America Insurance, said in a statement.
