EverPeak Insurance acquires comp MGA

Workers compensation insurer EverPeak Insurance on Tuesday announced the acquisition of Method Insurance, a comp managing general agent.
The terms of the acquisition were not made available.
Everpeak, a Denver-based subsidiary of Pinnacol Assurance, said in a statement the acquisition is designed to complement an existing partnership with EverPeak subsidiary Attune, a digital platform for brokers selling comp insurance.
