Everspan Group joins forces with Platinum Specialty Underwriters on excess transportation program

Everspan Group, the specialty property and casualty insurance platform, has partnered with Platinum Excess Trucking, a division of Platinum Specialty Underwriters on a new excess transportation program.

Platinum Excess Trucking is a managing general underwriter (MGU). The MGU specialises in excess liability for trucking and specialty auto accounts.

From what we understand, the Platinum Excess Transportation program will be distributed exclusively through brokers.

The program will offer excess liability coverage with limits up to $5 million for local, intermediate, and long haul trucking operators, as well as specialty auto businesses, which includes waste haulers, petroleum product haulers, contractors’ fleets, moving and storage, and ready mix, sand and gravel haulers.
