The Fidelis Partnership announced Wednesday it appointed former Swiss Re executive Oliver Dlugosch as group head of aviation.
Mr. Dlugosch will be based in London and report to Richard Coulson, deputy group chief underwriting officer and CEO of Insurance at the Bermuda-based managing general underwriter.
Mr. Dlugosch was most recently head of aerospace at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. He started his career at GE Insurance Solutions in 1997, and was later appointed head of aviation for direct airlines and manufacturers.
In June, he completed a two-year term as president of the International Union of Aerospace Insurers.
