Flasinski to take helm at Gallagher Re North America June 1

Gallagher Re, the reinsurance broking unit of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Thursday said Brian Flasinski will assume his new role as CEO, Gallagher Re North America, on June 1, succeeding Jim Bradshaw.

The move was first announced in March along with a transition period.

Mr. Flasinski was most recently executive vice president and North American sales leader, Gallagher Re said in a statement.

Mr. Bradshaw will become chairman of Gallagher Re North America, also effective June 1, replacing Tom Wafer, who will retire May 31, the statement said.
