FM names executive VP, staff insurance operations

Commercial property insurer FM on Thursday named Lyndon Broad executive vice president, staff insurance operations, effective Dec. 1.

Mr. Broad will succeed Randy Hodge, who was recently promoted to chief operating officer.

Mr. Broad, based at FM’s Johnston, Rhode Island, headquarters, previously was senior vice president, chief underwriting officer. Prior to that, he held numerous operations management roles in Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom and the U.S. He joined FM in 1995.
