Former AEGIS President William Cullen named London NED

AEGIS London, a Lloyd’s syndicate, has announced the appointment of William Cullen, former President & Chief Executive Officer of its parent company, AEGIS in the US, as Non-Executive Director.

Cullen has a career in insurance spanning five decades, including serving as Senior Vice President & Chief Underwriting Officer at AEGIS from 1997 to 2018, and then as President & Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2023.

His appointment underscores AEGIS London’s commitment to strong leadership across its Board, as it continues its growth and innovation in the specialty insurance space, the firm stated.
