Former AIG exec goes to Boston Consulting

Boston Consulting Group has hired Kathleen Zortman, a former division CEO at American International Group, as a senior adviser in its North America insurance practice.

Ms. Zortman, who has over 30 years of experience at global insurers, was most recently president and CEO of the private client group at AIG.

Before joining AIG in 2019, Ms. Zortman was president of property/casualty at QBE North America, a unit of QBE Insurance Group. Prior to that, she held various leadership roles at Allianz, Chubb and Deloitte.

Ms. Zortman was a 2017 Business Insurance Women To Watch winner.
