Gallagher buys brokerage specializing in coverage for unions

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said Tuesday it has bought Hunt Insurance Agency Inc., a commercial and personal lines brokerage that specializes in labor unions.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The brokerage, which does business as Hunt Insurance Group, is based in Palos Heights, Illinois, and has about 10 employees led by Larry Hunt.
