Gallagher buys real estate E&O brokerage

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said Tuesday it has acquired Park City, Utah-based brokerage Real Estate Insurance Solutions.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004, Real Estate Insurance Solutions offers real estate errors and omissions and cyber liability insurance to commercial and residential real estate agents and brokers and other real estate professionals in 32 states.
The brokerage’s president, Chris Nangle, and four employees will remain in Park City under the direction of Kevin Garvin, head of Gallagher Affinity.
