Gallagher Re adds former Swiss Re exec

Gallagher Re has appointed Andrew Robertson as executive vice president in North America, the reinsurance broker said Wednesday.

Mr. Robertson, who is based in Stamford, Conn., joins Gallagher Re from Swiss Re where he served as vice president-client markets. He previously held underwriting and management roles at GE Insurance and Munich Re and worked as a treaty reinsurance underwriter and Lloyd’s of London broker.
