Guidewire’s total revenue increased 22% to $293.5m in Q3’25

Property and casualty (P&C) insurance platform Guidewire reported total revenue of $293.5 million for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, a 22% increase from the same quarter last year.
Subscription and support revenue reached $181.8 million, up 32% year-over-year, while license revenue was $57.2 million, up 2%, and services revenue totalled $54.5 million, up 17%.
As of April 30, 2025, Guidewire’s annual recurring revenue (ARR) stood at $960 million, compared to $864 million as of July 31, 2024.
GAAP income from operations for Q3 2025 was $4.5 million, compared to a loss of $16.7 million in Q3 2024.
Non-GAAP income from operations was $46.1 million, up from $20.8 million.
Guidewire’s GAAP net income for the quarter was $46 million, compared to a net loss of $5.5 million the previous year, while non-GAAP net income rose to $75.2 million, up from $21.7 million.

Jeff Cooper, Chief Financial Officer at Guidewire, added, “ARR, revenue, and operating income results all finished above the high end of our guidance ranges in the third fiscal quarter.
“Based on this strong execution and our robust pipeline, we are raising our full-year fiscal 2025 targets, reinforcing our confidence in our growth trajectory and long-term value creation.”
