Fort Worth, Texas-based brokerage Higginbotham said Tuesday it has bought three affiliated agencies in Alabama.
Terms were not disclosed.
Tuscaloosa-based Pritchett-Moore Insurance, Birmingham-based Byars Wright Inc. and Dothan-based Flowers Insurance Agency last year formed WRM Group LLC.
The group places commercial insurance, employee benefits coverage and personal lines insurance.
Higginbotham is the 21st largest brokerage of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
