Higginbotham buys Cincinnati-based agency

Higginbotham said Thursday it has acquired Roehr Insurance.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Cincinnati, Roehr Insurance offers commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, life insurance, bonds and risk management services.
It was founded by CEO Alvin Roehr in 2012 and has 26 employees.
Higginbotham is the 19th-largest broker of U.S. business, according to the most recent Business Insurance rankings.
