Fort Worth, Texas-based brokerage Higginbotham said Tuesday it has bought Iscential Inc. of Houston.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Iscential offers risk management, benefit plan administration and human resources services, a statement said.
All 150 employees from Iscential and another 50 from Iscential’s merged partners will join Higginbotham, according to an email from a spokeswoman.
Higginbotham is the 21st-largest brokerage of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
