Higginbotham hires exec to support agencies, brokers

Higginbotham on Tuesday named Jennifer DeMello-Johnson vice president of new partners growth and engagement.

Most recently, she was head of sales and growth, U.S. retail, at Acrisure, which she joined in 2023. Before that, she spent 13 years at Amerisure Insurance.

In her new role, Ms. DeMello-Johnson will support agencies and “high-performing producers” joining Higginbotham, the brokerage said in a statement.
