High Street acquires Washington state brokerage

High Street Insurance Partners Inc. said Friday it has acquired Edmonds, Washington-based brokerage Insurance Services Group.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed
The deal was one of 17 acquisitions High Street completed last month, the Traverse City, Michigan-based brokerage said in a statement.
ISG, with about 25 employees, has offices in Edmonds, Sequim, Port Hadlock, Mount Vernon, Port Townsend and Redmond, Washington, and offers commercial and personal lines coverage in 12 states.
High Street is the 58th largest broker of U.S. business, according to the latest Business Insurance rankings, with 2020 revenue of $67.66 million.
The brokerage was formed in 2018.
