Holmes Murphy to consolidate construction business

Brokerage Holmes Murphy said Tuesday it would consolidate its construction business, including CSDZ, into one unit, Holmes Murphy Construction, effective Jan. 1, 2023.

The newly combined business will have more than 200 employees, Holmes Murphy said in a statement. The CSDZ brand will sunset in 2023, it said.

Holmes Murphy originally partnered with Cobb, Strecker, Dunphy, and Zimmermann, now known as CSDZ, in 2018, the statement said.
