Hub acquires Texas brokerage

Hub International Inc. announced Monday it acquired Bryan, Texas-based brokerage Anco Insurance Managers Inc., which specializes in employee benefits, business and personal insurance.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In addition to its headquarters, Anco has six offices across Texas and employs more than 150 workers, Chicago-based Hub said in its announcement.

Anco will join Hub Texas, the brokerage said.
