Hub International Ltd. said Tuesday it has acquired Boulder, Colorado-based Professional Financial Specialists Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Professional Financial Specialists provides commercial insurance, specializing in medical professionals and health care, according to a Hub statement.
Regan Turner, principal, and the broker’s staff of about 10 will join Hub Colorado and be referred to as Professional Financial Specialists Inc., a Hub International company.
Hub is the ninth largest broker of U.S. business according to the most recent Business Insurance rankings.
