Hub buys Northern California agency

Hub International Ltd. said Wednesday it acquired Napa Valley, California-based agency Malloy Imrie & Vasconi Insurance Services LLC.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MIV Insurance provides commercial coverage, employee benefits services to agribusinesses including wineries, and high-net-worth personal insurance.
The agency has offices in Saint Helena and Napa, California.
Partners and producers Timothy Malloy, David Capponi, Ted Bystrowski, Kevin Dickenson and 43 staff will join Hub Central and Northern California, Hub said in a statement.
