Hub International Ltd. said Wednesday it has acquired Great Basin Insurance Eugene LLC, a subsidiary of Great Basin Insurance Inc. of Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Eugene, Oregon-based Great Basin Insurance Eugene has about 25 employees, according to its website. It provides commercial lines coverages to clients in the Northwest, according to a Hub statement.
Partner Michael May and Great Basin Insurance Eugene employees will join Hub Northwest as GBI Eugene and be led by Erik Finrow, Hub executive vice president of Hub Northwest.
