Hub hires executive VP from Axis Specialty

Hub International Ltd. said Tuesday it has named former Axis Specialty executive Robert Hartman to the newly created position of executive vice president of strategic client service operations.

Mr. Hartman, who will report to Hub President and CEO Marc Cohen, will also serve on the Chicago-based broker’s executive management team.

Mr. Hartman was most recently chief operating officer of Axis Specialty Insurance and Reinsurance, a unit of Axis Capital Holdings Ltd., according to his LinkedIn profile.
