Hub names commercial lines COO

Hub International Ltd. has promoted Todd Macumber to the newly created position of chief operating officer of commercial lines.

Previously, Chicago-based Mr. Macumber was president, specialty practices, at the brokerage.

Mr. Macumber joined Hub from Marsh LLC in 2006. He had previously worked in risk management and safety for various companies, including Mars Inc. and Morton Buildings Inc.
