Industry veteran Mark Rusas named EVP, MD of Alliant Specialty M&A

Alliant Insurance Services has hired industry veteran Mark Rusas to co-lead its Mergers & Acquisitions specialty practice as Executive Vice President, Managing Director, Alliant Specialty.

Based in New York, Rusas will be joining Jonathan Gilbert, Managing Director, and Daniel Schoenberg, Executive Vice President in shaping and executing the strategic vision and expanding Alliant’s presence in the private equity and M&A sectors.

With 33 years of experience, Rusas is a highly regarded figure in the insurance industry, celebrated for his strategic acumen and extensive experience in creating and leading successful businesses and managing complex private equity and M&A transactions, Alliant highlighted.

Throughout his career, the executive has successfully led teams focused on numerous high-profile deals and strategic initiatives, and consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation.
