INSTANDA hires Pardoe as interim Chief AI Officer

INSTANDA, a no-code, digital platform for insurance carriers and managing general agents, has hired Professor Andy Pardoe to the position of interim Chief AI Officer, where he will work directly with INSTANDA’s Co-Founder and CEO, Tim Hardcastle, to spearhead the company’s future AI strategy.

An experienced veteran, Pardoe brings over 30 years of expertise within artificial intelligence (AI) towards the role.

Throughout his career, Pardoe has advised senior officials on different ways that they can scale their adoption of AI technology in order to deliver many benefits towards their business.

Moreover, he has worked across a variety of different sectors, ranging from Financial Services to Government, Retail and Public Services, having recently completed projects for the Royal Air Force and the NHS.

In the role, Pardoe will be expected to identify strategic opportunities to enhance the client experience through data driven insights and intelligent automation.

As well as this, Pardoe will also work with other figures across the business, in order to identify new ways that AI technology can be applied to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
