Insuretrust adds former Cowbell exec

Specialty brokerage Insuretrust, part of CRC Group, Monday named former Cowbell Cyber Inc. executive Sonja Kozel as senior vice president.

She will focus on strengthening retail brokerage partnerships, CRC said in a statement.

Ms. Kozel, who is based in St. Louis and reports to Insuretrust CEO Christiaan Durdaller, was most recently senior vice president, U.S. sales and distribution, for Cowbell.

CRC said in April it would move Insuretrust into its wholesale brokerage division.
