Integris names Cronin chief underwriting officer

Integris Group Inc. has promoted Garrett P. Cronin to chief underwriting officer, the Glastonbury, Connecticut-based medical professional liability insurer said Tuesday.

He will oversee underwriting at Integris and MedMal Direct Insurance Co., which Integris agreed to acquire last year. The deal closed this month.

Mr. Cronin previously was vice president of underwriting and member services. He joined Integris from Chubb Ltd. in 2018.
