Iprism names Adrian Saunders Non-Exec Chairman

Iprism, one of the UK’s largest independently-owned MGAs specialising in Construction, Property and Private Clients, has announced the appointment of Adrian Saunders as Non-Executive Chairman.

Saunders first joined the Iprism board in April 2024 as a Non-Executive Director, providing the company with his expertise and guidance as it maintains its strong growth.

The executive brings extensive experience to his new position, having previously served as Commercial Director at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, and in senior positions at Marsh, Zurich Financial Services, and Hiscox.

Commenting on the appointment, Iprism’s CEO Ian Lloyd, stated: “I’ve enjoyed working with Adrian over the past 18 months. He has brought fresh ideas and vision to the Board, as well as many years of experience in the market. Appointing him as our Chairman was the next logical step for us, representing our growing maturity as a management-owned business.
