Jack Falvey to become CEO of Falvey in 2025

Falvey Insurance Group said Tuesday that Jack Falvey, chief operating officer, will become the insurer’s CEO on Jan. 1, 2025.
He will succeed Mike Falvey, the insurer’s founder, who will transition to the role of executive chairman, effective Jan. 1.
Jack Falvey, who is Mike Falvey’s son, joined the company in 2013 as a business analyst. He has served as Falvey’s COO since 2019.
Mike Falvey will maintain his role as chairman of the board.
