Jencap agrees to buy managing general underwriter

Wholesaler Jencap Group LLC said Monday it has agreed to acquire International Assurance of Tennessee Inc., a managing general underwriter that specializes in employer and medical stop loss insurance.
Founded in 1984, Franklin, Tennessee-based IAT has 15 employees, according to its website.
IAT will operate under the Jencap Program Administrators LLC division.
