Jencap promotes LaCava to COO

Wholesaler Jencap Group LLC on Thursday named John LaCava, president and CEO of its Jencap Program Administrators division, as chief operating officer, effective immediately.

Mr. LaCava fills the position left open following Mark Maher’s promotion to president last June.

Jencap Holdings LLC is the eighth-largest property/casualty wholesaler, based on Business Insurance’s latest rankings, with $1.62 billion in 2020 premium volume.
