Law firm Clyde & Co hires 2 from Baker McKenzie

Law firm Clyde & Co said Monday it has hired former Baker McKenzie partners Ronald Ohren and Jon Ebner as partners in its Chicago office.

Mr. Ohren was chair of the insurance practice in Baker’s North America Litigation and Government Enforcement Group.

His practice has focuses on pre-dispute advice, proactive risk management and representing of insurance industry clients in mediation, arbitration, litigation and other alternative dispute proceedings.

Mr. Ebner specialized in trials and arbitration work for German-speaking clients for Baker. He advises multinational companies on commercial matters including breach of contract, product liability, and insurance disputes.
