Liberty GTS promotes Jason Remsen to Head of East, Americas

Liberty Global Transaction Solutions (GTS), a division of Liberty Mutual Insurance, has announced the promotion of Jason Remsen to Head of East in the Americas region.

Based in New York City, Remsen will report to Hilary Weiss, Head of Americas at Liberty GTS.

Remsen brings extensive experience as a corporate attorney representing private equity and corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions.

He joined Liberty GTS in May 2019 as Underwriting Counsel and was promoted to Senior Underwriting Counsel in January 2022.

Prior to joining Liberty GTS, he served as a Corporate and Securities Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP, and also practiced at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
