Liberty Mutual names chief legal officer

Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. on Thursday said Damon Hart will become executive vice president and chief legal officer on Jan. 1.
He will succeed Jim Kelleher, who is retiring at year’s end after nearly 40 years at Liberty Mutual.
Mr. Hart joined Liberty Mutual in 2014 and was named deputy chief legal officer in 2020. In his new position, he will report to CEO David Long.
