Lockton appoints Sung Wook Han as Regional Head of Marine for Asia

Independent insurance broker Lockton has announced the appointment of Sung Wook Han as Regional Head of Marine for Asia.
Sung started his new role on August 1st, having joined Lockton from WTW, where he most recently served as Head of International Hull, based in London.
During his 15-year tenure with WTW, Sung was instrumental in significantly increasing the company’s Marine profile and revenues.
His accomplishments include driving new business development and strategic investment hires, even during the challenging COVID-19 period.
Sung also led various aspects of insurance, including Hull & Machinery, War, Builders’ Risks, and other shipping-related risks for clients worldwide, with a focus on regions outside of Europe.
Additionally, he collaborated closely with local WTW offices and third-party partners to provide exceptional service to clients, the firm noted.
