Lockton Re hires former Gen Re exec for casualty facultative role

Lockton Re, the reinsurance business of Lockton Cos. LLC, Friday said former General Reinsurance Corp. executive Craig Wadman has joined the broker as North American casualty facultative leader.

Based in Chicago, Mr. Wadman will report to Rob McNamara, Lockton Re’s North American facultative leader, the broker’s statement said.

Mr. Wadman was most recently regional executive, Central region at Gen Re.

The appointment will strengthen Lockton Re’s facultative capabilities in North America, Mr. McNamara said in the statement.
