Lockton recruits transactional liability specialists

Lockton Cos. LLC on Monday named two New York-based senior vice presidents to its transaction liability practice.
Annie Heiss has joined the brokerage from law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where she was a senior corporate associate, Lockton said in a statement.
Alex Connelly has joined Lockton from A&E Networks. Prior to joining A&E in 2020, he was an associate at law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
