Minnesota bill would extend COVID-19 presumption

A bill was introduced in the Minnesota Senate on Monday that would extend the presumption for COVID-19-related workers compensation claims.

S.F. 2633 would extend the existing presumption effective retroactively from Jan. 1, 2022, to May 31, 2023.

The bill was introduced and referred to the Senate Labor and Industry Policy Committee, where it is pending.
