MS Reinsurance appoints Lisa Lewis and Thomas Kruppa to key roles

MS Reinsurance (MS Re), a global reinsurer domiciled in Switzerland, has announced the appointments of Lisa Lewis as Head of Marketing and Client Experience, and Thomas Kruppa as Senior Actuary – Projects.

In her new role, Lewis will oversee the development and implementation of MS Re’s marketing and client experience strategy.

She brings over 25 years of insurance industry experience, joining MS Re from BF&M Group, where she held various leadership roles over 11 years, most recently serving as Group Head of Client Experience.

Prior to that, she spent 11 years at PartnerRe, where she last served as Deputy Communications Officer.

As Senior Actuary – Projects, Kruppa will work closely with MS Re’s global teams on actuarial projects aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of the reserving process.

With three decades of industry experience, he most recently served as Head of Pricing Commercial Lines at Allianz Suisse.

Before that, he spent 15 years at Swiss Re, where his last role was Head of Planning & Analysis, Finance Reinsurance. Earlier in his career, he held positions at GE Insurance Solution, Zurich Insurance, Alm Brand, and KPMG.
