MSIG Insurance Europe hires former QBE exec Andrea Brock

MSIG Insurance Europe AG on Tuesday named Andrea Brock, formerly with QBE Insurance Group Ltd., as its next managing director, region Germany, effective March 1, 2025.

She will succeed Michael Kärchner, who is retiring.

Ms. Brock, based in Düsseldorf, previously was general manager of QBE Germany. Prior to that she worked at various insurers, including Amtrust and Amlin Insurance SE.

Ms. Brock was a 2023 Business Insurance Women To Watch EMEA winner.
