Nina Arquint takes over as Swiss Re CorSo CEO UK & Ireland

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, the commercial insurance arm of the global reinsurer, has announced the appointment of Nina Arquint as its new CEO for UK & Ireland.
Her appointment is part of the company’s new organisational structure which features Market Units, designed to enhance service for corporates and brokers at a country level.
Effective June 1, 2025, this new structure sees the designated Market Unit Heads reporting directly to Ivan Gonzales, CEO of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.
Commenting on her appointment, Arquint said: “I’m excited to lead our UK & Ireland business, focusing on strong partnerships and on delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of this key market.”
Arquint brings extensive experience to her new position, having joined Swiss Re in 2015 as Managing Director. She later served as Chief Risk Officer at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, while also being a Member of the Executive Team.
The executive is also currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of Helsana Ltd, a Swiss insurance group specialising in health insurance.
