Novatae appoints Anju Arora VP of data, business intelligence & innovation

Novatae Risk Group, a managing general agent (MGA) and underwriting manager, has announced the appointment of Anju Arora as Vice President of data, business intelligence and innovation, a newly created role.
Arora has been tasked with driving Novatae’s data-driven transformation overseeing business intelligence, analytics, and innovation programs that align with the firm’s growth objectives.
She will be part of the executive leadership team, collaborating closely with President Nick Greggains. Her focus will be on fostering cooperation between the actuarial, underwriting, claims and technology teams to drive collaboration that fuels sustainable growth and profitability.
Greggains stated: “Anju brings a unique blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience across the insurance value chain, giving her a deep understanding of how data and analytics can empower every part of the business.
“That combined with her distinguished background as a casualty actuary makes her a tremendous asset to Novatae, and we are thrilled to have her join the team.”
Arora brings to Novatae over 25 years of insurance industry experience specialising in actuarial science, regulatory compliance and product development.
She has held actuarial and consulting roles with AXA XL, The Hartford, and Deloitte. Most recently, her expertise has been applied to both start-ups and established organisations, including Ethos Specialty, part of Ascot Group.
