Oakbridge purchases Georgia agency

Oakbridge Insurance Agency LLC said Friday it has acquired Bishop-Durden-Hale Insurance Group, a Vidalia, Georgia-based agency.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Bishop-Durden-Hale, which has about 15 staff, specializes in manufacturing, schools and municipalities, and hospitality, an Oakbridge statement said.

Bishop-Durden-Hale will maintain its offices in Vidalia and Savannah.
