One Call names president

One Call, a provider of workers compensation services, said Monday it has named Jay Krueger to the newly created role of president.

Mr. Krueger will oversee the Jacksonville, Florida-based company’s operations, specialty network solutions, complex network solutions and provider network teams. He has been an independent director on One Call’s board since 2019.

Previously, Mr. Krueger served as head of strategy and product development for UnitedHealth Group’s Optum Workers’ Compensation and Auto No-Fault division. He also held roles as executive vice president of strategy and integration at Helios and chief strategy and client services officer at PMSI LLC.

Prior to entering the workers compensation industry, he held leadership positions at Aetna and APS Healthcare.
