One80 acquires oil and gas specialist

One80 Intermediaries Inc. said Tuesday it has acquired Hill Program Managers LLC, a Denver-based program manager that offers specialized coverage for oil and gas service providers.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hill also specializes in architects and engineers, construction and design contractors, the Boston-based wholesale broker said in a statement.
Hill’s coverages include general, professional, excess professional, pollution, contractor’s pollution and excess liability.
The acquisition will strengthen One80’s expertise in the oil and gas industries and expand its professional and pollution coverage offerings, Matthew F. Power, president of One80, said in a statement.
