Øyvind Larsen named CEO of Lockton Norway

Independent insurance broker Lockton has announced the appointment of Øyvind Larsen as CEO of Lockton Norway, effective April 1, 2025.

In this role, Øyvind will lead Lockton Norway into its next phase of growth, focusing on unifying the company’s specialist businesses to better support clients in an increasingly complex and volatile market.

Larsen brings nearly three decades of industry experience to his new role. He joined Lockton in December 2023 as Head of People Solutions Norway, where he oversees all People Solutions delivery in the region and plays a key role in developing both new and existing customer relationships.

Prior to joining Lockton, Larsen spent over 25 years at Aon, holding various senior leadership positions, including Head of Health & Benefits Norway.

Lockton was established in Norway in 2011, initially specialising in Professional and Executive Risk solutions. In recent years, the company has expanded its offerings, including strong capabilities in Marine, People Solutions, Energy, Renewables, and Complex Risks.

With Lockton experiencing rapid growth across the Nordics, Øyvind’s appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in the region and its commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.
